Summer 2009 :

What a great start to the SNHSA series this year. With many riders in different disiplines we've been quite busy, but everyone has been doing great. Becca with her pony Ace of Hearts has been dominating the Level 1, 2 and 3 jumpers with multiple first place wins and many other ribbons. Ana on Sam I Am has moved up to the Puddle Jumper division, and won her class at the Red Rock show. Lexie on Wisconsin has jumped right into their first show season together and they are both learning the ropes in the crossrail and mini hunter classes, with good ribbons everywhere. Casey and Splash of Paint are back at it again, starting off in the lower jumper classes with a few wins and good ribbons-look for them more later this year. Chanlee and Ambie have been overcoming obstacles and doing well in the Short Stirrup Division and over crossrails, taking home some hard-earned ribbons, and Cynthia with Senator's Bikini Babe is looking to get more active in the show ring again in the next few weeks. We all want to congratulate Cynthia on finishing the Boston Marathon in under 3 hours and 20 minutes this year! Carolyn and her ponies Romeo, Cheyenne and Rocket have been very active in dressage and eventing competions and earning some great wins and ribbons, and we are looking forward to the Welsh Pony Show in July. We are hoping to take a trip to Pebble Beach this summer, and have a few other away shows on the calendar for later in the year as well.

HITS THERMAL 2009:

Rebekah Mims with Ace of Hearts:
Becca and Trinity came home division champion in Pony Jumpers! Not only that, they collected some very good ribbons among some stiff competition in the Level 2 Jumpers as well as the Low Child/Adult Jumpers. We are increidibly proud of Becca and Trinity and are looking forward to continuing the championship trend all year! So far Becca and Trinity have come home with at least one division championship at every rated show they have ever atteneded.
