“Yoshi” officially joined our lesson horse team in the Spring of 2023, though he has been a member of the barn for many years before now! Yoshi has been a teacher to many young riders in his career, and at the age of 20 is enjoying teaching our academy riders the ropes of the short stirrup and lower level jumpers.

Yoshi has attended countless SNHSA shows, having been bred and raised here in Reno at Brownlee Equestrian. He has also seen success at many USEF rated shows, including USHJA Nationals!

Yoshi makes friends with all the horses at the barn, enjoys flapping his lips for attention and will eat any treat you offer him!
